Sarah Osborne
Sarah is a BANT Registered Nutritionist with a specialism in the connection between ADHD and gut health, IBS, appetite, sleep and mood.
Using a patient-centred approach, Sarah utilises evidence-based nutritional science to promote health and well-being. Using a wide range of tools, including comprehensive case-taking and functional laboratory testing, she aims to identify potential nutritional and microbiota imbalances in order to support the body towards maintaining optimal health.
Sarah is wife and parent to family members with ADHD, and after witnessing considerable improvements in their gut health, focus, attention and sleep as the result of making dietary and lifestyle changes, she decided to devote her clinical practice to supporting neurodivergent clients.
