Sarah Osborne

Sarah is a BANT Registered Nutritionist with a specialism in the connection between ADHD and gut health, IBS, appetite, sleep and mood.
Using a patient-centred approach, Sarah utilises evidence-based nutritional science to promote health and well-being. Using a wide range of tools, including comprehensive case-taking and functional laboratory testing, she aims to identify potential nutritional and microbiota imbalances in order to support the body towards maintaining optimal health.
Sarah is wife and parent to family members with ADHD, and after witnessing considerable improvements in their gut health, focus, attention and sleep as the result of making dietary and lifestyle changes, she decided to devote her clinical practice to supporting neurodivergent clients.

Karine Stephan
Registered Nutritionist Member of BANT
Karine is a UK-based Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (MBANT) with a focus on women's wellbeing, particularly around hormonal balance and cognitive support. Embracing neurodiversity, she offers a personalised approach that combines nutrition, lifestyle guidance, and responsible use of supplementation where appropriate. Karine draws on both her professional training and lived experience to support individuals in building sustainable wellbeing routines that work for their unique needs.

Dr Ed Rainbow
GP and certified Lifestyle Medicine practitioner
Dr Ed Rainbow is an experienced GP & certified Lifestyle Medicine practitioner.
Having experienced burnout, depression and anxiety, and recovered using non-drug approaches, he realised that the medical model lacks effective methods to aid recovery from mental health issues.
Furthermore, based upon his experiences and learning, that the current support for men with mental health issues is inadequate.
To rectify this he has created Mens Mind GP which features blogs and tips to improve mental health holistically. Using his science-backed ‘Mind compass’ he can provide individually tailored approaches to improving mental health, as well as courses for individuals and organisations. He also provides accessible educational courses for men in the workplace.

Maude Hirst
Meditation Specialist and Owner of Energy Rise
Maude Hirst is the founder of the bespoke meditation company EnergyRise which specialises in making meditation accessible to all. She was a former actor best known for playing Helga in the award-winning show Vikings and now a leading wellness practitioner based in London.
Maude runs a virtual members club for the mind, a meditation app, retreats and private mentorships. She teaches globally and her classes deliver an empowering internal experience, encouraging people to re-connect to their intuition, supporting well-being for both physical and mental health.

Dana Chapman
BANT registered Nutritional Therapist
Dana is a BANT registered Nutritional Therapist specialising in ADHD, mental health and the gut-brain axis. Dana believes that poor mental health and cognitive function is not normal, and we shouldn’t be normalising it. We should be asking more questions about WHY and delving into th physiology, not just the psychology. Because when you understand how your body and brain work together, it becomes easier to know what you can do to not only support it, but to optimise everything. Dana was drawn to specialise in ADHD because, like you, following a diagnosis of ADHD she wanted an option other than medication.

Dr Rachel V. Gow is a Child Neuropsychologist and Neurodevelopmental specialist with expertise in Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) and associative learning and behaviour differences.
She is a Registered Nutritionist (category of Science) and Founder of the Charitable Trust Nutritious Minds. Dr. Gow provides diagnostic, assessment, behavioural, educational and nutritional support and services to families and children.

Hannah Agoston
ASHA certified speech-language pathologist
Hannah Agoston, a licensed and ASHA-certified speech-language pathologist, has over 15 years of experience specialising in language development in the Deaf, hard of hearing, and neurodivergent populations. She founded Encouraging Words, LLC, to support women and children through myofunctional therapy, nasal breathing re-education, and sleep coaching.
Passionate about helping families, she focuses on education, optimising daily functions, and achieving better health and happiness. Hannah conducts training, seminars, and workshops on Orofacial Myofunctional Disorders (OMDs), sleep-disordered breathing, jaw function, and orofacial myofunctional therapy (Myo).

An ADHD Coach, podcast host, and Yoga & Pilates instructor, but most importantly, someone who understands what it’s like to live with ADHD. Her diagnosis transformed years of struggle into a source of strength. Life with undiagnosed ADHD was chaotic - failed marriages, lost belongings, and a constant search for acceptance.
A turning point came when she completed the London Marathon in memory of a friend. Movement became her lifeline, helping her navigate mental health challenges and addiction. Sarah Bickers

Sarah Bickers is a PCC certified ADHD life coach. She has over 50 years of lived experience of ADHD (and two of her children have ADHD). She also has over 10 years of experience as a professional organiser, specialising in working with ADHD clients.
She works with ADHD clients online, using a strengths-based approach. Her aim is to help clients understand their own ADHD, and find a more ADHD-friendly approach to both life and home. Clients describe her as an informed, calm, and supportive ally.
Sarah loves beauty, wherever she finds it, whether in street art, her garden, or a fjord (she is currently based in Norway). Her home is cosy and organised, but is neither perfectly tidy, nor minimalist.

Natasha Hickling
Neurodivergent life coach
Natasha Hickling is a Certified Neurodivergent Life Coach with a background in primary education and Special Educational Needs. Being Neurodivergent herself she has walked through this journey herself and now helps other do the same.
She takes part in a wide range of deeper coaching on not only fostering habits, addressing challenges, executive functioning, and navigating neurodivergent brains. But also looking at the whole person with strengths, modalities, advocating, values, and support systems around to help neurodivergent teens, young adults, and families realign their lives.
