They dive into the highs and lows of being a neurodivergent woman, the messy but powerful journey of unmasking, and share wellness tips you can actually use.
A bit more about Emma:
Dr Emma Offord is a clinical psychologist, writer, and activist who founded Divergent Life @divergentlives, a neuroaffirming service and community reimagining how we understand neurodivergence. She specialises in late-identified autism and ADHD, sensory processing, and the hidden costs of masking, bringing both professional expertise and lived experience to her work.
Emma is known for speaking out against outdated medical models and advocating for systemic change. She creates spaces where neurodivergent people feel recognised, resourced, and empowered to reconnect with their bodies and identities.
Through her assessments, group programmes, and her upcoming podcast This Voice Is Mine: The Unquiet Podcast, she is building a movement that centres lived voices and names the invisible traumas carried by neurodivergent people. Her work reaches tens of thousands across social platforms, where she shares raw reflections on nervous system health, unmasking, and the realities of neurodivergent life. Emma’s approach weaves together psychology, activism, and creativity offering both depth and practical tools for navigating focus, energy, and wellbeing in a sustainable way.
